Potrerillos Farm

 

The Potrerillos Farm is located in Flor del Valle, Monte Patria city, Coquimbo region. It has 553 hectares of land and nowadays there are 65 planted divided in hass avocado and table grapes:

The microclimate in the area

The prevailing microclimate in this zone, allow early harvests in comparison with the rest of the country and allow to deliver a high quality product.

Location

The farm is 1 kilometer away from paved road, 5 kilometers away from the center of Monte Patria city, which facilitate its operation.

Semita waterway

The Semita waterway which crosses the whole property, is also a great source of water. One right of water supply from this canal, provide 50.000 cubic meters per year.
